Harmonising the Heart Centre

This is the first time I will spend an entire workshop on the heart centre, as there have been many requests to cover this topic in more detail. As always, this is a practical workshop, not a seminar.

We will cover the following:

• Understanding the nature of the heart centre

• Releasing the diaphragm and psoas

• Specific exercises to open the heart centre

• Integrating and harmonising the heart centre

Cost: $395

Venue: Auckland TBA

Online or in-person
